A small earthquake on Tuesday rattled parts of Puget Sound but there were no immediate reports of damage, authorities said.
The Pacific Northwest Seismic Network said the magnitude of the quake was 2.78 and had a depth of about 29 kilometers or 18 miles. The tremor was felt about 1:30 p.m.
